Sean was born in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, but has made London his home since 2013. As an American living in Canada Sean has done his best to embrace hockey, gravy with fries and the CFL.

Sean studied political science and economics at the University of Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2008.  Living in British Columbia, Sean developed a passion for adventure skiing, hiking and mountain biking.  In 2008, Sean moved to Ontario where in  2011 he completed his law degree at Queen’s, graduating on the Dean’s List.  At Queen’s, Sean won the top oralist award in the inaugural Willms & Shier Environmental Law Moot where he appeared before the Honourable Thomas Cromwell, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Sean then articled at a general practice firm in Kingston and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.  He worked at a downtown Toronto litigation boutique, before moving to London in 2013 to join Wallace Smith LLP.
