BRIAN SMITH

Brian started his legal career at McCarthy's in Toronto before moving to London in 2003.  His career has focused exclusively on personal injury and insurance litigation where Brian acquired his formidable advocacy skills working with and against some of the best trial lawyers in the business, learning from each of them. 

 

He has handled cases in the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.  Brian believes that experience, effort and teamwork are the keys to helping clients find solutions.

Brian serves his community as an active member of the Lions Club in Delaware, just outside of London, Ontario, where he and his partner are also raising five children, two dogs, four cats, a rabbit and a horse.  As the saying goes:"If you want something done right, give it to a busy person."
