Megan Linaric

Born and raised in London, Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Western University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. Prior to her call to the bar in 2024, she articled with a prisoner justice charity, where she explored her interest in the intersection of mental health and the criminal justice system. Today, Megan’s practice focuses on health law and insurance defence, assisting healthcare professionals and insurers in navigating complex legal and regulatory issues. She brings a thoughtful, empathetic approach to every matter, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and strong advocacy. 

Outside the office, Megan proudly embraces her self-described “grandma hobbies,” which include tackling puzzles, embroidery projects, long walks with her dog, and getting lost in a good book, especially when accompanied by a cup of tea and a reasonable bedtime. A former barista, she also considers herself something of a coffee enthusiast and is always on the lookout for the perfect brew.
