PERSONAL
INJURY LAW

Who Do We Help?

If you or a member of your family is seriously injured, we can help.  Suffering an injury can be physically, emotionally and economically devastating.  It is even more traumatic when the injury was caused by someone else’s negligence.

We are here to help you and your family recover compensation for your pain, suffering and monetary losses.

What Do We Do Differently?

Some personal injury firms that advertise on billboards, buses, television or radio refer injured people to other firms for referral fees, apply “cookie cutter” formulas to their cases and/or charge exorbitant fees.  This is great for the lawyers, but not so great for injured people and their families.

We take a different approach.  We understand that everyone is unique and has different needs.  We spend the time to find out who you are and what your individual needs are so we can represent you the right way and obtain the best possible result for you.

We will navigate you and your family through the complex process for recovering compensation in Ontario.  This may include a civil lawsuit and/or an insurance claim arising from:

  • Car and truck collisions

  • ATV and motorcycle collisions

  • Medical malpractice

  • Wrongful death

  • Sport and Recreational Injuries

  • Slips and Falls

  • Dog Attacks

  • Disability and Life Insurance claims

We will provide you with an initial assessment about any strengths and weaknesses of your claim as well as the pros and cons of proceeding with a lawsuit.  We will answer your questions.  Our goal is to ensure that you leave the meeting with the information you need to decide whether to hire a lawyer.  There is no time limit on this meeting.  We take the time required to ensure that your questions are answered.  We also assist our clients by working on a contingency fee basis that is structured based on the stage of the lawsuit.  For typical personal injury matters, our contingency fee ranges from 25% to 35% depending on the specific circumstances of your case and/or the stage at which it is resolved.
